software

I'm building Orchid, a hook-event-driven orchestrator for terminal coding agents. It coordinates workers across CLI harnesses by listening to each one's native hook events instead of scraping terminals. It's early — alpha — so there's nothing to link yet; the rest of what I ship lives in the open.

Open-source projects, experiments, and smaller tools sit on my GitLab at git.shayanlatif.com/shayanltf. That's the best place to see what I'm actually writing.

e-commerce

I run a small e-commerce business, selling across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. It keeps me close to listings, fulfillment, and the unglamorous operational details — which is good for the software too.

freelance

I take on freelance work for small, AI-native teams: building features, wiring up agents, and getting products in front of real users. If that's what you need, see contact.
